what is the name of this ukranian song?

i really don't have much details on how the song went but
it was a sort of techno mix? of what sounded like a folk song.
There is a guy and a girl singing in it. I heard it on TF2 and the guy

playing it said something among the lines of "the cossacks rode from
the river killed all tartar". Google will not give me any valid
results.
