Looking for a video about a man dressed as a Cat walking down streets and singing?

I'm looking for a video (i think is a music video) about a man who is
disguise as a cat walking down the streets and singing and there is a
little puppet cat with sunglasses and a lot of people around him
(they're look to be fans). I really don't know if is a music video,
but i see on a party but the music was from other song i knew. If you
can help me, i will be grateful. Thanks.
