Can someone name what movie is this?

Description: A woman who comes to live near a beach or a shore. She
meets a guy who lives at a nearby lighthouse. They eventually get
together and she sleeps with him. Later it was found out that there
was no man living at that lighthouse. It was some sort of spirit/ghost
of him.

I saw this movie about 5 yrs ago, but can't remember the name. Can
someone please help me out?
